The ideal candidate will have astrong background inIT outsourcing, adeep understanding oflead generation methodologies, and the ability towork proactively under minimal supervision. This role iscrucial for expanding our client base and requires someone who isproactive and detail oriented. Requirements: 1+year ofexperience inlead generation roles inIT. Solid understanding oflead generation methodologies, automation tools, and best practices. Proactive and responsible attitude with the ability towork independently. Proficiency inEnglish (Intermediate+ orhigher). Good toHave: American education orexperience living inthe US. Responsibilities: Drive the full-cycle lead generation process. Collaborate with the team toco-develop and implement effective lead generation strategies. Generate MQLs based onthe ICP. Set upand manage automated lead generation tools. Conduct research, build databases, and initiate outreach tocold leads via LinkedIn, email, events, orother channels. Craft email sequences and manage follow-ups tonurture leads. Schedule calls between potential clients and sales managers. Analyze data and provide reports onlead generation activities and outcomes. Work closely with sales, marketing, and other team members toachieve lead generation goals.
