Alpacked is looking for a responsible and creative Lead Generation specialist who will help us to find more calls and close projects in the DevOps niche.
You will be able to work with top consultants in Outreach to reach the goals.
You don’t have to fit all the requirements, described below, the personal skills are much more important than tools and knowledge.
Requirements: - Experienced in CRMs (Pipedrive or similar);
- Experienced in Google Spreadsheets;
- Active LinkedIn user ( familiar with Sales Navigator );
- Experienced in research approaches , techniques, and familiarity with the most common tools for data search and searching/validating emails (PhantomBuster, snov.io , Hunter, NeverBounce, etc.);
- Experience in Cold Outreach concepts and workflows ;
- Experience with Outreach tools ( Reply.io , Lemlist, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to perform advanced and enhanced research;
- Result-oriented with the understanding of KPI/OKRs and how they fit;
- Deadline- and quota-driven;
- Strong communication skills ;
- Experienced in initiating and successfully maintaining conversation;
- Have Upper-intermediate English level .
Responsibilities:
- Based on the received information (ICP, search criteria) search for leads using optimizing tools (Linkedin Sales Navigator, CrunchBase, Snov.io , etc.)
- Process supplied ICP and make sure that data from conducted lead research matches criteria. Identify key buying influencers within these prospects;
- Actively approach companies to present services, via email and LinkedIn;
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel;
- Work with the Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals;
- Set up email campaigns in outreach platform (Lemlist or similar) and manage deliverability;
- Pre-sales process, lead qualification, needs, and objections handling, presenting;
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in Pipedrive, ensuring all communications are logged;
- Prepare and analyze marketing and sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
