- Research and analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and client preferences within the UX/UI design industry.

- Regularly update the team on market dynamics, identifying potential areas for growth and improvement.

2. Sales Opportunities Development:

- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, understanding their design needs and introducing our agency’s capabilities.

- Work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation.

- Explore new channels and platforms to expand our reach and drive business growth.

3. Lead Communication:

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with leads during the bidding process.

- Gather feedback on proposals and projects to continuously enhance our service offerings.

4. Marketing Collaboration:

- Leverage marketing expertise to contribute to the development of marketing collateral and strategies.

- Collaborate with the team to align sales efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Marketing background or expertise is considered a plus). Open for students' applications.

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.

- Familiarity with the UX/UI design industry and sales principles. Dedication for self-education.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

- Creative and strategic thinking to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.

- Written and spoken proficiency in English is a must (fluent).

- Ability to start working at the nearest time.
