You will play a pivotal role in identifying, nurturing, and converting high-quality leads that drive our sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategies that ensure consistent lead flow, helping us reach our ambitious growth targets.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in Lead Generation, Sales Development, or a similar role within the IT outsourcing services industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Basic understanding of the IT market, with a keen interest in emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential leads across platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and other relevant sources.
  • Set up and manage outbound campaigns (LinkedIn/E-mail), engaging and pre-qualifying leads with precision.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain momentum and ensure leads progress through the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate and schedule introductory calls between leads and our Sales Executives, setting the stage for successful client engagements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and statuses within our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication across the team.
