As part of the Devurai team, our Lead Generation specialist will play a key role in building initial contacts with potential clients or companies. His/her job is to thoroughly research these possible leads in our database and update Click Up records. This will help us better understand how we can meet the changing needs of the market 😎

An important part of the work of a Lead Generation specialist is to actively work with the generation of new leads, making the most of each contact to captivate customers to cooperation with us. Thanks to his/her excellent communication skills and positive attitude, he/she is able to turn "cold" LinkedIn leads into real meetings. These leads will then be passed on to the sales manager for further action.

• Be the face of our business.

• Responsible for daily communication using the provided data (issues, scripts).

• Work in unison with the Sales Manager to attract potential customers from different areas of the IT business (via LinkedIn).

• Turn conversations into new business opportunities.

• Achieve and exceed established KPIs.

• Tell potential customers about our company, our brand and what what we do.

• Use our databases to find potential customers.

• Enter and update information in the company's database (Click Up).

• Create and maintain friendly relationships with colleagues and customers.

• Always interact with customers in a professional manner, adhering to our brand principles.

• Provide prompt, courteous and professional communication, in accordance with our standards.

• Be ready to interact with colleagues from other departments when necessary.

What is the base for us, without which we cannot get along:

• Do you know a little German? Do you have level B1? Great!

• Do you speak English at the B2 level or higher? And can you communicate and write freely on it? Even better!

• Do you know how to react positively to rejections? This is a prerequisite.
