Lead Generation Specialist in QA Madness

Leading QA company QA Madness is looking for an intelligent and creative Lead Generation Specialist with solid copywriting skills (Remote) as a part of the Lead Generation team. You aim to ensure stable lead flow to make a predictable sales pipeline from each outbound channel you will work with.

We seek an intelligent and creative Lead Generation Specialist with solid copywriting skills to join our team.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

— B2-C1 level in English;

— Experience in a similar role in an IT company for 1+ year;

— Experience in database management and research based on ICP;

— Experience in writing message sequences/chains with multiple scripts and A/B tests (MUST HAVE);

— Experience with multi-channel outreach campaigns launch;

— Disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision;

— Familiar with software outstaffing/outsourcing market;

— Data-driven & goal-oriented approach in work.

Good to have:

— Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce;

— Experience with Sales Navigator and/or Crunchbase;

— Experience with tools for outreach automation (Getprospect, Expandi, Skylead, Snov.io, Lemlist, etc.);

— Experience with Upwork.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

— Searching and collecting for qualified leads on different platforms;

— Write message sequences/chains with multiple scripts and A/B tests (Linkedin & Email);

— Launch multi-channel outreach campaigns;

— Communicating with leads (before they become SQLs);

— Work with CRM database;

— Preparing reports.
