Requirements & Responsibilities:

📍Over 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, including the ability to make qualification calls.
📍At least an Upper-Intermediate level in English.
📍Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach.
📍Experience in identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and database creation.
📍Proficient in CRM systems and statistical tools, with the ability to extract and analyze necessary data, preparation of different reports and metrics collection and analyzing campaign effectiveness.
📍Experience in strategy creation, conducting various experiments, analyzing results, and implementing best scenarios.
📍Experience both in actively seeking direct clients and in organizing successful roadshows.
📍The preparation and composition of texts, as well as the creation of sequences.
📍Skills of mentoring and training of trainees and juniors.

Would be an advantage:

📎Experience with various lead generation automation services.
📎Practical experience with email outreach and Upwork.
📎Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing)
