Seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team!

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in IT outsourcing services or lead generation agencies. If you have a knack for identifying and engaging potential leads through strategic outreach and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

• at least 2 years of proven experience in Lead Generation, Sales Development Representative or a similar role within an IT outsourcing services company or leadgen/ marketing outsourcing agency;
• strong professional communication skills, both written (essential) and verbal (preferable), along with presentation abilities;
• familiarity with business correspondence;
• basic proficiency in Excel;
• fundamental understanding of the IT market;
• experience with writing outbound campaigns;
• B2+ English level.

Responsibilities:

• identify potential leads using LinkedIn and other resources;
• review IT job descriptions on companys’ websites;
• send messages via LinkedIn or email, engage with and qualify leads;
• provide a proper company introduction in business correspondence via LinkedIn or email;
• follow up with leads regularly;
• schedule introductory calls with the Sales Manager;
• take notes after the introductory calls;
• maintain data in the CRM system.
