Key Responsibilities:
- Generating and qualifying leads through different sales channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc)
- Search for new sources of generating leads and potential customers;
- Constantly optimize and keep up-to-date processes of Lead Generation
- Sending emails/messages/proposals/follow-ups each day
- Set and qualify new meetings for Executives
- Looking for common ground between the needs of potential clients and our services
- Market research and trends;
- Ability to work during American business hours (New York time zone, 4pm-12 pm).
Skills Requirements:
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Upper-intermediate level of English is a must
- Experienced user of LinkedIn, CRM systems, and lead generation tools;
- Experience in IT outsourcing;
- Strong research skills
- Experience with Excel/Google Docs
- Analytical and systemizing mindset;
- Self-organized, pro-active, positive;
- Result-driven personal confidence;
Optional skills (as a plus):
- Interest and relevant industry knowledge
- Experience in IT Sales for the US/Western Europe markets
- Experience with lead generation tools for social networks
- Proven record of attracting great leads
