Team Work Spirit specializes in comprehensive solutions in web development, architectural design, API integration, and DevOps support. We are looking for a proactive and talented Lead Generation Specialist to expand our client base and optimize lead acquisition processes.

The Role:

As a Lead Generation Specialist, your responsibilities will include actively sourcing potential clients through various channels, creating engaging message sequences, and implementing strategies to optimize lead generation. Your analytical skills will be crucial for evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of these strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Search and qualify contacts and companies according to ICP documentation
• Prepare and launch outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email
• Monitor campaign responses from leads (using Reply io or similar tools)
• Manage lead responses, nurture the audience, and follow-up
• Weekly reporting on completed work

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in lead generation
• Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot)
• Experience with LinkedIn, LinkedHelper (preferred), Lemlist, Reply io, emailing
• Experience with Upwork will be a plus
• Knowledge of lead generation methods and strategies
• Experience in preparing and launching outreach campaigns
• Experience in creating follow-up sequences
• Experience in report building
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
