We are looking for a supplier recruitment specialist who will help our marketplace ecosystem grow.
What you will do:
- Communicate with potential suppliers by phone, email, messengers, etc., to attract them to cooperation.
- Present the conditions and advantages of working with the company, prepare and provide the necessary information.
- Conduct active negotiations, seek an individual approach and influence the decision on cooperation.
- Accompany suppliers at the joining stage: answer questions, remove objections, coordinate start-up activities.
- Work with CRM: record statuses, notes, results of interactions - ensure transparency and control of the onboarding process.
- Achieve clearly defined KPIs regarding the number of connected partners.
What is important to us:
- Fluent communication in Ukrainian, competent language, clear diction;
- A confident user PC, experience with CRM, 1C is an advantage;
- Emotional stability, ability to quickly orientate in difficult and unexpected situations;
- Orientation on the result: not afraid of "cold" contacts, ability to motivate to action;
- Willingness to learn, ability to do routine work.
Tasks and zones impact:
- Communicating with suppliers and opening offices for them in the system;
- Reporting in ViciDial and CRM: accounting of contacts, statuses, results of communications;
- Interaction with other departments of the company to effectively solve tasks (sales, support, lawyers, etc.);
- Execution of manager's orders aimed at improving the onboarding process suppliers.
