We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in lead generation;
- Strong communication and writing skills;
- Experience with CRM systems and Google Sheets;
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time;
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and other client engagement platforms;
- English — Intermediate+.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining contact databases within a CRM system;
- Gathering contact details of potential clients based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP);
- Conducting cold outreach on LinkedIn and other platforms under management guidance;
- Scheduling meetings with potential clients who match the ICP for further assessment;
- Monitoring and evaluating the outcomes of lead generation campaigns.
