Lead Generation Specialist in Team Work Spirit

We are looking for a proactive lead generation specialist. Important: social and tech fun, analytical abilities, communication skills and a confident level of English. 

Team Work Spirit specializes in end-to-end solutions in web development, architectural design, API integration and DevOps support. We work in the US and European markets with clients from various industries including fintech, cloud monitoring systems, insurance, telemedicine, professional communities and more.

Our clients are like startups that often need rapid product launch and scaling, as well as mid-sized businesses and large enterprises, with customized solutions, process optimization, enhanced engineering expertise and reliable support.

Responsibilities:

• Search and qualify contacts and companies according to ICP documentation
• Prepare and launch LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns< /li>
• Campaign response monitoring from leads (using Reply io or similar tools)
• Lead response management, audience promotion and follow-up
• Reporting

  Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in finding leads in various channels
  • Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot)
  • Experience with Lincedin, LinCedhalper (Plus), Lemlist, Reply.io, e-mailing
  • Experience in preparing and launching outreach campaigns (will be a plus)
  • Experience in creating follow-up sequences (will be a plus)
  • Experience in building reports/reports
  • Experience in generating leads on Upwork will be a plus
