We are looking for a person to join the team as a lead specialist with experience in the IT field. 

Requirements:

• High level of written and spoken English (upper intermediate/advanced level).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in generating leads in the B2B segment, in particular in the international market with a focus on the USA, Canada and Europe (will be a plus).
• Understanding the IT field.
• Experience working with UpWork, LinkedIn, etc.
• Understanding the ~sales funnel~.
• Experience actively developing client relationships within the account and expanding their understanding of the client's business.
• Effective communication skills, building business communications.
• Resistance to stress, self-organization, focus on results, desire to work and earn money
