We are currently actively searchingand we believe that you can become it. And it is with you that we will work together on cool projects for corporate clients and change the insurance market in Ukraine.


We will have a match if you:

  • You know how to work in social networks, and Linkedin is generally your second home;

  • You have excellent organizational and communication skills;

  • And you are very competent express thoughts in text that will interest the client from the first second;

  • You coolly interpret information, identify and analyze the client's questions;

  • Also, you are very good at meeting deadlines and know how to prioritize your work on a daily basis in an environment that is constantly moving and developing;

  • You are simply an ace in negotiation processes and know how to sell a product to a client;

  • Result person - you are a fan of teamwork, high tempo and ambitious tasks;

  • It would be great, but not necessary, if you have experience in the insurance or banking industry;

  • You have a proactive approach to solving problems, you like to generate ideas and know how to find common ground with the team;

  • You value sincerity, openness and trust.

What will you do:

  • Search for new relevant contacts through Linkedin and other platforms;

  • Communicate in writing with existing client base and new clients via LinkedIn and Email;

  • Advise about the company's services;

  • Systematically fill the database with new relevant contacts and companies;

  • Maintain CRM system;

  • Communicate with BD managers regarding referrals;

  • Promote work profiles on Linkedin;

  • Perform additional tasks that will help us improve the business in your area of ​​responsibility;

  • Brainstorm with the whole team on business development strategy.
