Job Description:

We’re seeking a result-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. You foresee yourself pursuing a career in sales as your future professional trajectory.

You will be responsible for generating high-quality potential clients [leads], by finding opportunities on a freelance platform [Upwork], writing Cover Letters, and effectively communicating with potential customers, leading to calls [conducted by the Sales Manager].

Qualifications:

— Strong Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (+ conversational)

— Excellent writing skills to craft compelling and persuasive cover letters

— Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (CRM) for efficient lead generation

— Organized and result-oriented

Will be a plus:

— Prior experience in Sales, Marketing and IT

— 1+ years of experience in Lead Generation

Responsibilities:

— Research, identify, and reach out to potential leads through Upwork (UX/UI Design)

— Generatie MQLs based on clear ICP you’ll be provided with

— Write highly-customized cover letters

— Meet and exceed KPI goals

— Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement

— Maintain the formatting and content of profiles

— Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead-generation strategies

— Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference (Hubspot)

— Engage in effective communication strategies with leads, including scheduling discovery calls
