Your team: Head of Sales, 5 Sales Managers, 2 Lead Generation Managers.

Hard:
✔️ From 6 months of commercial experience in the role of Lead Generation Manager for work with UpWork in an IT outsourcing company (either without experience \ or with experience in another field);
✔️ Knowledge or understanding of the principles, methods, techniques of sales and generation of potential customers;
✔️ Confident command of written and spoken English from Upper-Intermediate; Ability to communicate with foreign clients;
✔️ Knowledge of business correspondence, excellent communication and presentation skills.

Will be a plus, but not necessary:
✔️ Understanding of development processes software, web and mobile technology market, and IT outsourcing business.

Additionally: Please send a link to your UpWork account and describe your experience working through this platform you have. We are interested in information for evaluation with concrete cases and figures - the results of your lead generation.

What will need to be done:
✔️ Generation of customers through UpWork; Active search and attraction of potential clients (USA, Europe, Australia);
✔️ Writing problems on Upwork/outgoing and incoming messages; Communication with foreign customers (including calls);
✔️ Close cooperation with your Sales Manager, Head of Sales & Sales Team;
✔️ Convert potential customers into calls and meetings with Sales Managers;
✔️ Communication with the development team;
✔️ Pre-qualify leads on UpWork;
✔️ Keeping statistics and reports on each lead.

Stages:
< 1. Interview with the Recruiter and English check;
2. Test task;
3. Technical interview with Sales Managers & Head of Sales;
4. Final interview with Head of Sales.
