Lead Generation Manager (Upwork) in The First The Last

The First The Last is looking for Lead Generation Manager.

Main duties:

• Searching for new clients on the UpWork platform using job posts.
• Sending offers to clients using a prepared script, but with an individual approach to each client.
• Executing mailings in the morning, afternoon and evening, taking into account the time zones of the target markets (USA, Australia, Canada, Europe).
• Maintaining further communication with clients in correspondence until the moment of arranging a call with the project manager (PM).
• Supporting clients from the beginning of cooperation to the end of the project, maintaining communication with the team and transferring information.
• Reporting on client payments and feedback control on the UpWork platform.
• Maintenance of the reporting table with all active clients and projects.

Requirements:

• Experience working on the UpWork platform.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to correspond with clients.
• Responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize your working hours taking into account the difference in time zones.
• Ability to quickly adapt and work with individual customer requests.
