Lead Generation Manager (Upwork) in Bunch Agency

We are looking for a Lead Generation Sales Manager on UpWork at the advertising agency BUNCH Agency

BUNCH Agency is a performance marketing agency that works with the Ukrainian and Western markets . We are actively developing and currently manage 20 projects in the niche of e-commerce, instashops and services.

Lead Generation manager of UpWork is a specialist who has experience in digital marketing and is engaged in finding and attracting new clients for the services of an advertising agency through the UpWork platform.

Tasks:

1. Search, segment and write commercial messages to potential customers according to the structure provided.
2. Introducing a CRM system for organizing and tracking sent messages.
3. Analyzing the effectiveness of different methods of writing messages and improving the writing process.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of English at the B1-B2 level for free writing of commercial messages.
2. Understanding the operation of marketing tools: targeting, contextual advertising, sales funnels.
3. Experience in digital marketing.
4. Responsibility, proactivity and focus on results.
5. Basic understanding of the UpWork platform (not required, but would be an advantage).
