Lead Generation Manager (UpWork) in DevIT Group

DevIT Group is a Ukrainian IT company. We work in such areas as: Web development, E-commerce solutions, Healthcare, Social Networks, Web Applications, Real Estate solutions and others. We create and develop our own products (applications for the leading platform in the field of e-commerce — Shopify), and we work in the direction of IT outsourcing ( web development) Our key competence is Web development. Remote format of cooperation. Work schedule: from 09:00 to 18:00 Salary: rate + bonuses What is important to us: Previous experience working with UpWork is mandatory (from 6+ months); Understanding of lead generation strategies and tools for different channels; Negotiations with international clients; Cooperation with the sales department; Knowledge of English at least Intermediate; Good writing skills. Responsibilities: Finding new leads on UpWork and other channels; Automating work with clients; Scheduling calls for the sales department; Reports, working with CRM; Other related tasks.
