FreySoft is actively looking for a Trainee Lead Generation Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and fostering lasting client relationships. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are driven by achieving exceptional results, we welcome you to apply.Main responsibilities:Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, leveraging various channels including LinkedIn and email campaigns;Strategize, execute and optimize email campaigns to engage potential leads and drive conversion. Craft compelling and creative email content tailored to target audiences;Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests. Provide timely and efficient responses to ensure a positive client experience;Organize and maintain a comprehensive database of leads and clients within our CRM system. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information to facilitate effective communication and follow-up;Handle incoming requests and queries from external users of our product. Provide assistance and guidance as needed to ensure a seamless user experience.Requirements:Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and prospects. Ability to build rapport and trust through written communication;Proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, to effectively manage client interactions and data;Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines;Resourceful problem solver with the ability to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively;Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written);Demonstrate creativity in responding to leads, and be ready to study and analyze data using sales intuition.
