We are looking for a purposeful, creative and self-motivated Lead generation manager to join our team.
If you have experience with Linkedin/Upwork, constantly generate and test new ideas and creative approaches, know how to convey your opinion well and interest people, then we will be glad to see you in our team.
What is needed for this:
— From 6 months of experience in a similar position in an IT company;
— Experience with the Linkedin and/or Upwork platform;
— Knowledge of the English language from the Intermediate level;
p>— The ability to analyze and not be afraid to test new approaches, have a creative approach;
— Good communication skills;
It will be an advantage:
< p>— Experience with CRM Pipedrive;— Experience with Linkedin Helper, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Leadfeeder, etc.;
— Knowledge of the German language at the Pre-Intermediate level; p>
— Work experience as a Sales Manager;
— Successfully completed courses on Lead generation on Linkedin;
Main tasks:
— Generation of potential leads through Upwork/Linkedin (LinkedIn outreach);
— Communication (written) with cold leads and converting them into warm ones (lead to a call with BDM);
p>— Maintaining a database of leads in CRM;
— Close cooperation with the CEO and Business Development team;
— Testing new audiences;
— Testing new tools and approaches in lead generation;
