We are seeking a Lead Generation Manager (LinkedIn and Upwork) to join our team, grow, and develop in this direction, while receiving competitive compensation.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a lead generator (B2B).
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn's principles and business opportunities.
• Experience and skills in cold prospecting and client engagement.
• Knowledge of business correspondence rules.
• Experience with lead generation on Upwork.
• Willingness and readiness to grow from a lead generator to a Sales Manager.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build client relationships.
• Knowledge of English is a plus.
• Traits: attentiveness, self-organization, logical thinking, ability to self-learn, stress resistance.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement client acquisition strategies through LinkedIn and Upwork.
• Create and optimize company pages on LinkedIn to increase sales. • Analyze target audience and develop personalized approaches for each client.
• Engage with potential clients via LinkedIn InMail, comments, personal messages, and Upwork proposals to attract them to collaborate.
• Measure the effectiveness of client acquisition campaigns and continuously optimize strategies based on obtained data.
• Manage the LinkedIn and Upwork marketing budgets to maximize effectiveness and explore new markets.
