ProArea, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outstaffing/outsourcing services, is looking for a Lead Generation Manager.

 

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU / REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE:

  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
  • 1+ years of proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation
  • Strong interest in marketing and social media
  • Fundamental understanding of the IT market
  • Experience in initiating and successfully maintaining conversation along with presentation abilities
  • Ability to write engaging messaging sequences on LinkedIn
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adopt new and emerging marketing concepts quickly and effectively

 

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with other social media platforms and their lead generation strategies
  • Experience working on Crunchbase
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Background in content creation and digital marketing
  • Analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance
  • Experience with paid advertising on LinkedIn
  • Understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques
  • Certification in digital marketing or related fields

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Based on the received information (ICP, search criteria) search for leads using optimizing tools (Linkedin Sales Navigator, CrunchBase, Snov.io, etc.) 
  • Actively approach companies to present services, via email and LinkedIn
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Pre-sales process, lead qualification, needs, and objections handling, presenting
  • Promotion of the company in LinkedIn and other social networks
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in Pipedrive, ensuring all communications are logged.
