What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Experience: 1+ years in LinkedIn lead generation.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the IT market.
- Communication Skills: Proven ability to start and sustain conversations, with strong presentation skills.
- Writing Skills: Ability to craft engaging LinkedIn messaging sequences.
- Independence: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Tools Experience: Familiarity with Crunchbase and marketing automation tools.
- Content Skills: Background in content creation and digital marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track and measure campaign performance.
- Paid Ads: Experience with LinkedIn paid advertising.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO and content optimization.
- Certification: Digital marketing or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CrunchBase, and Snov.io to identify and engage potential leads.
- Client Outreach: Actively approach companies to present our services via LinkedIn.
- Relationship Building: Nurture prospect relationships through ongoing communication to advance them through the sales funnel.
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist with lead qualification, handle objections, and present solutions.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of communications and leads in Pipedrive.
