ProArea , a leading global provider of software engineering and IT outstaffing/outsourcing services, is seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Manager to join our team.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

  • English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Experience: 1+ years in LinkedIn lead generation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the IT market.
  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to start and sustain conversations, with strong presentation skills.
  • Writing Skills: Ability to craft engaging LinkedIn messaging sequences.
  • Independence: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Tools Experience: Familiarity with Crunchbase and marketing automation tools.
  • Content Skills: Background in content creation and digital marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Paid Ads: Experience with LinkedIn paid advertising.
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO and content optimization.
  • Certification: Digital marketing or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CrunchBase, and Snov.io to identify and engage potential leads.
  • Client Outreach: Actively approach companies to present our services via LinkedIn.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture prospect relationships through ongoing communication to advance them through the sales funnel.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Assist with lead qualification, handle objections, and present solutions.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of communications and leads in Pipedrive.
