Requirements:
- experience in sales and/or lead generation from 1 year;
- availability interesting work cases for closing deals;
- experience with email mailings, Sales Navigator and other tools;
- knowledge of the main processes and stages of sales; ability to analyze audience needs; good skills in identifying needs and reframing negative statements;
- ability to analyze the market and competitors; to look for the best sales practices of competitors and implement them in practice; develop approaches to strengthen own results;
- Upper Intermediate English language skills;
- the ability to look broadly at the goals and find creative solutions to solve the problems (we will ask you to give several examples at the interview).
Duties:
- cold search for potential leads and entering them into the database
- outreach of potential customers using various channels
- qualification of leads, establishing a need, initial presentation of the company's services
- transferring the interested lead to the job manager with partners or closing the deal independently with bonus motivation.
