Bithide provides software for organizing a crypto payment gateway.
Our mission is to ensure the safe and anonymous processing of cryptocurrencies, while maintaining the basic principles of cryptocurrency - confidentiality in conducting transactions without the participation of government agencies. Our clients are high-risk businesses, including cryptocurrency exchanges, bookmakers, forex companies, and other investment projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
To find potential clients, utilize various channels, such as Telegram and LinkedIn.
Implement specialized tools to automate outreach and engagement processes.
Create and manage accounts for interaction with potential clients.
Lead Qualification:
Evaluate potential clients against the ideal customer profile (ICP).
Organize and conduct initial contact with leads, confirming their qualification.
Transfer qualified leads to the sales managers for further engagement.
Communication:
Regularly interact with potential clients through chats and messengers.
Maintain records of interactions with leads in the CRM system.
Training and Development:
Learn the features and benefits of the company's products.
Continuously develop skills in lead generation and sales.
Requirements:
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in lead generation or sales.
Skills and Knowledge:
Cryptocurrency and Blockchain: Understanding the basic principles of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
Effectively use Telegram chats for prospecting and interacting with potential clients.
High level of communication skills and a strong focus on achieving results.
Language Skills:
Ukrainian or Russian: Fluent to effectively interact with the team and clients.
English: Sufficient for working with international clients.
Personal Qualities:
High levels of energy and motivation for work.
Ability to work effectively in high-intensity environments.
Desire to grow within the company and achieve new heights.
Additional Information:
Probation Period:
Minimum 3 Months: Early completion is possible upon meeting performance targets.
Work Schedule:
Full-Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Kyiv time.
Remote Work: Flexibility to work from anywhere worldwide while adhering to the work schedule. However, we are specifically looking for candidates based within the EU.
