We are helping our partner - an expert company in the field of corporate insurance and insurance consulting - to find a Lead Generation Manager, who will be responsible for the first contact with business customers and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
This role is about quality B2B communication, trust and building the inbound funnel, not about "cold calling for the sake of ticks".
Area of responsibility
Communication with potential corporate clients (phone / online / offline) in order to set up meetings;
Formation of a professional first impression about the company and its expertise;
Search and attraction of new B2B contacts;
Management and updating the client base in CRM;
Working with planned indicators: number of contacts, meetings, quality of communication.
Expectations of experience
Experience in B2B / corporate segment / lead generation / communications(banks, insurance, consulting, advertising, courses, trainings, etc.) — from 1 year;
Strong communication skills and confidence in talking to a business audience;
Initiative and focus on the result, not on the formal execution of scripts;
Willingness to actively communicate and develop in the direction of B2B.
