Weare looking for aLead generation manager ona part-time basis with any experience insales orlead generation (salary will depend onthe level) Requirements: —1year ofexperience inlead generation, sales, orsupport, preferably intheIT orsimilar industry. —Excellent communication skills and the ability tonegotiate effectively. —Strong organizational skills and ahigh level ofresponsibility. —Proficiency inwritten English for business communication. —Experience with tools such asHubspot, Expandi, LH2, Snov.io , Zappier, and GigRadar isaplus. Responsibilities: —Identify and attract new clients using various communication channels, such asLinkedIn and Upwork automation tools. —Develop and execute lead generation strategies based onpredefined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). —Collaborate with the Business development manager toachieve common goals. —Analyze results and provide recommendations toimprove lead generation efficiency. —Day-to-day tasks include expanding the client list using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, managing the Upwork automation tool (occasionally bidding manually), and participating insales team brainstorms. Nice toHave: —Ability tomultitask effectively. —Experience ingenerating high-quality leads. —Familiarity with LinkedIn and LinkedIn automation tools. —Experience with cold email marketing campaigns. —Previous experience with Upwork agency work. —Ability todevelop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), promotional materials, and content writing.
