Lead generation manager in Evergame

Evergame team Lviv, Ukraine is looking for a hardworking and responsible Lead generator/ Searcher (non IT products) to help us improve our service with our customers. We want our company to be competitive, client-oriented and you will help us to meet our targets. 

Requirements:

• We are looking for our ideal option. We need either a person with work experience and English, or we can have a person without experience, with knowledge of  Chinese / Korean / Japanese
• Excellent client service skills
• Team player and a quick learner with the ability to work with less supervision
• Ability to work sometimes in the US zone (schedule will be negotiated, but no late night shifts)

Main Duties:

• Representing the company in international markets
• Written and oral communication (via phone, Skype, WhatsApp) with b2b customers
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, offer the stock to increase profits
• Evaluating the needs of customers and reporting to the management
