Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads using various tools and resources such as job portals, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and other databases;
- Work with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation strategies, including cold emailing and follow-up techniques;
- Maintain and update a database of potential leads, including contact information and lead status;
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify and prioritize leads;
- Communicate with potential leads to gather information and determine their level of interest;
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads;
- Meet or exceed lead generation targets and quotas;
- Continuously assess and improve lead generation processes;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new lead generation techniques.
Qualification & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the IT sphere;
- Upper-intermediate written and intermediate or higher verbal English skills;
- Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and other lead generation tools;
- Experience with cold emailing and follow-up techniques;
- Strong understanding of lead generation best practices and techniques;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Experience with CRM software (Hubspot, Pipedrive etc.) and automation tools (Linked Helper etc.).
Will be a plus:
- Experience with social media marketing and advertising.
- Willingness and desire to grow into a sales manager.
