We are looking for experienced Lead Generation Manager to help us to increase the efficiency of our outreach campaigns.
The Manager must be results-oriented and take initiative to jointly achieve high results.
About you:
— At least 1 year of experience in lead generation
— Upper-intermediate English level
— Understanding the IT sales process
— Understanding of the lead generation processes in Outsource/Outstaff SW development company
— High-level understanding of the software development process will be a plus
— Skills to work with large amounts of data
— Well-organized and result-oriented
— Strong attention to detail
Your future tasks:
— Daily search and messaging with potential customers through Linkedin and similar platforms
— Update database of qualified leads on daily basis
— Analysis of problems and constant improvement to the lead generation process
— Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
— Managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems
— Generate and nurture leads through social media tools such as LinkedIn/Upwork/Email
— Generating, A/B testing of hypothesis and continuous improvement
— ICP/Buyer Persona continuous improvement
