We are looking for an experienced Lead generation specialist. Your main responsibility will be developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads.
Portrait of our ideal Lead generation manager:
— has experience in building and managing an outbound team and plans to further develop in this direction;
— understands the terminology, programming languages , and the development process and feels at home in the IT world;
— knows the English language at the B2 level and above, without this, there is no way;
— has a superpower — writing custom emails and message threads, but other superpowers are also considered)
— constantly improves skills, is interested in new approaches, and likes experimenting.

Duties:
— the main goal is to bring leads to a meeting with the sales department through outreach activities (email, Linkedin, etc.);
— setting up mailing tools, launching and controlling mailings;
— writing effective messages and custom messages;
— search for new sources of leads, ICP, approaches and elegant solutions.
