IT company — Your IT Soft invites you to work as a Lead Generation manager. It is important to have understanding in the field of IT (it will be an advantage to have passed IT courses, internship in IT companies). Requirements: Internship in IT companies, or having IT courses; Understanding of IT processes: (development process software); Understanding the principles of outsourcing and outstaffing companies; Understanding of working with: Linkedln and Upwork; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Customer-oriented approach; Intermediate or high level of English. Responsibilities: Finding and attracting leads; Writing letters and templates ; Work with newsletters and e-mail; Distribute clients by categories; Search for channels and areas of search for leads; Work with client bases; Communication with potential clients in English (CIS, Europe and the USA market).
