Lead generation manager in HR Stem

Hello, we, CREO, are currently looking for a motion designer to join our creative team. Requirements: 1-2 years of sales/lead generation experience; experience in creative/design work; have high communication skills; have negotiation experience; have analytical skills and are attentive to details; you are proactive and have a desire to take a direct part in the development of the project. Working conditions: Remote work schedule 15k salary + % of closing the deal (3−5%) Work schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Mon to Sat KPI motivation system + corporate events / offline meetings + purchase training Responsibilities: analysis of the market and customer needs in the creative and design category; generation of hypotheses for Instagram/ TG newsletters; search for contacts of potential customers using various Instagram/ TG services, etc.; sending newsletters, working with "hot" requests , closing the deal + the first payment, and after completion, transfer of communication to the responsible manager; Making calls/ mailings to clients; Working on our client bases; Conducting negotiations with potential clients; Forming the client's needs; Transferring a hot client to the RM; Keeping reports. generating reports and detailed analysis of work results.
