Hound Studio is an animation studio specializing in the creation of animated videos, cartoons, series, and other design services. Hound Studio is looking for a manager with experience in B2B sales of IT products or marketing services to join the Lead Generation team. Candidate requirements: Work experience a lead generator from 1 year; Deep understanding of the lead generation process; Experience and skills in cold prospecting and attracting customers; Experience with electronic marketing tools; Knowledge of additional services Sales Navigator, Clutch, Crunchbase; Excellent communication and presentation skills, persistence; Knowledge of English at an intermediate level or higher; Experience in IT, digital or advertising agency - will be an advantage; Self-discipline, ability to self-study. Responsibilities: Participation in the creation of the ice generation system; development of new hypotheses on ice generation; Search and formation of a database of relevant businesses and their decision maker's for the sale of services; Research of contacts and companies according to the specified profile; Search of potential clients on LinkedIn; Management of accounts on Linkedin; Management of the CRM system; Qualification of the lead; Sending of messages; Communication by correspondence in English and/ or in German; Bringing the lead to the call; Compliance with KPI; Reporting.
