European IT recruiting company, more than 8 years on the market. Our clients are product IT companies (AdTech, FinTech, GameDev, etc.) in Ukraine, the EU and the USA. In connection with growth and entry into new markets, we are building a sales department. We are looking for Pre Sales Managers with growth to Sales Manager! 🕵️‍♂️It is important for us: Successful experience in sales/lead generation, experience in B2B sales is a big plus. Desire to develop in the IT industry; Ability to work in a team and independently; Excellent communication skills; English level — Upper intermediate ;👨🏻‍💻👩‍ 💻Main tasks: Analysis and active search for new customers, lead generation in the target markets of the IT industry (Ukraine, Europe, USA); Conducting primary communication with customers compatible with the sales manager, presentation of services, working with objections; Work in CRM (hubspot) - maintaining client base: Implementation of KPIs for scheduled meetings with clients Communication with the recruiting team; Reporting 💰🧁 What do we offer?
