Main responsibilities: Experience in finding foreign clients in the IT field from 1 year (on Upwork); High communication skills; Knowledge of the design services market, development services, work experience in this field will be an advantage; Ability to work with databases and CRM systems ; High level of English language proficiency (B2-C1); Support of the lead/project to the transfer to the Sales or Project manager; Development and establishment of long-term relationships.
