As a Lead Generation Manager specializing in UpWork, your responsibilities will include:

Proactively searching for new clients and projects on platforms like Upwork, Clutch.co, LinkedIn, and other relevant sources.

Identifying and reaching out to potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations and securing initial responses.

Gathering and transferring all essential client information to the Sales Manager for further processing.

Demonstrating basic knowledge and experience in business analysis.

We are seeking a Lead Generation Manager with the following qualifications:

Advanced English proficiency for effective communication with international clients.

Willingness to work within the specified schedule from 15:00 to 00:00 Kyiv time.

Experience in lead generation, with the ability to engage prospects and secure initial responses.

Familiarity with web studio operations and a solid understanding of the design and web development processes.

Previous experience with UpWork and a comprehensive understanding of its specifics.

Basic knowledge and experience in business analysis.
