SOFTLOFT offers fully-tailored services matching individual Customers’ needs, with ongoing support and quick problem-solving.

We are looking for a passionate and professional Lead Generation Manager to join our team.

Required skills:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a Lead Generation Manager.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outreach via LinkedIn and email.
  • Excellent written English skills.
  • Experience with lead generation tools to automate outreach and lead search processes.
  • Desire to grow professionally and learn new things.

Will be a plus:

  • E-commerce Domain Knowledge
  • Experience in using AI tools in your work activities

Responsibilities:

  • Search for and qualify contacts and companies, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly requirements;
  • Launch various outbound campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and email;
  • Work with responses, write personalized messages, warm up, and follow up with prospects;
  • Schedule introductory calls and conduct personal research on contacts and companies before the calls;
  • Maintain and manage all information in CRM;
  • Participate in the improvement and optimization of processes for the lead generation department, which includes jointly developing new strategies, testing hypotheses, writing new message templates, testing new tools, and more;

Key Result:

  • The number of scheduled calls between potential clients and sales executives.
