Requirements:
- Experience in the B2B segment;
—More than 2 years of experience in IT sales and lead generation;
—Experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, as well as with outgoing email outreach;
—Experience in collecting data about a company/PR (ability to find direct email addresses and other information using various tools (Google, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, etc.));
—Understanding the organizational structure of the company and roles in it;
— Generation of leads through LinkedIn, email, events and other channels;
— Work with CRM systems;
—Preparation of email campaigns;
— Analytical mindset;
—English level from Upper-Intermediate;
— Preparation of monthly reports and collection of metrics.
Responsibilities:
— Finding and attracting potential customers for outsourcing development;
— Conducting an initial analysis of customer needs and their capabilities;
— Work with the CRM system to maintain a customer database;
—Participation in the development and implementation of lead generation strategies;
— Conducting email and social outreach (LinkedIn);
—Compilation of reports on the work performed and analysis of the effectiveness of campaigns.
— Working hours: Mon-Fri (8-10 a.m. / 5-7 p.m.);
—20 working days of annual paid vacation and paid sick leave;
