Responsibilities: —English Proficiency: B1/B2; —Monitoring ofjob search sites; —Search for new sites with potential leads; —Search for company-relevant leads; —Processing and analysis ofrequirements offound job posts; —Writing individual letters for each job post; —Conducting negotiations incorrespondence with potential clients; —Bringing clients toameeting (call); —Organization ofmeetings (calls) for the Sales Manager; —Conduct research and formalize aDB for outreach through LinkedIn with post correspondence; —Reporting ofcompleted work inGoogle Sheets; —Creating profiles for new employees onjob search sites; —Update ofexisting profiles and CVs ofemployees; —Analysis ofcompetitors; —Work with the CRMsystem; —Reporting tothe Sales Manager and negotiate/initiate new sales strategies; —Maintain contact with the team toobtain the necessary information for work.
