What do we need a Lead Generation Manager for? 🤩

We are expanding our business development team and need to scale our sales development operations, particularly for lead generation directions such as nurturing referral partners, running conference campaigns, nurturing warm leads, and establishing relationships with new venture investors.

Responsibilities

  • Run conference campaigns in a supportive role for the CEO to generate new leads.
  • Run referral business partners nurturing campaigns to generate new leads.
  • Support the CEO for all podcast-related activities, such as scheduling, follow-ups, etc.
  • Run investor sourcing and prospecting campaigns to establish new relationships.
  • Run Fintech Startups Demo Day campaigns to assist the CEO as moderator and frontman.
  • Assist the CEO during pre-sales activities — scheduling, meeting summaries, follow-ups, etc.
  • Perform sales account research of target accounts.
  • Manage CRM data to keep it up-to-date with the status of each prospective account.
  • Conduct market research according to the CEO’s requests.
  • Assist the CEO with other ongoing sales-related activities.
  • Report to the CEO about the progress of the current tasks and further action plans.

Skill set and experience we believe you should have for that role 😎

  • Experience in B2B sales, marketing, and sales development in software and tech industries.
  • Email marketing and LinkedIn social selling experience for lead generation.
  • Excellent storytelling and writing skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Easy and proactive communication style.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, particularly — Hubspot.
  • Outstanding tech-savvy user of lead generation tools, LinkedIn, and CRM systems.
  • Determined personality with a desire to grow and win. Result-driven personal confidence.
  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements.
  • Creative approach to achieving goals, ability to quickly test various hypotheses.
  • Knowledge of business processes, roles, and organizational structure.
  • Has some knowledge of fintech and financial services.

Qualification Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales prospecting experience
  • Active LinkedIn profile (posting and large network)
  • Excellent written and spoken English (B2+)
