Your tasks:

• Finding and analyzing prospective clients on Upwork, as well as setting filters to quickly find relevant projects.

• Company research and assessment of their potential for long-term cooperation.

• Writing personalized proposals (Cover Letters) that will help distinguish our company from competitors.

• Entering customer and project data into the CRM system to simplify sales management.

• Optimization of profiles, portfolio, work on increasing rating and reviews.

• Constant interaction with the team to improve the strategy of lead generation and customer acquisition.

We are looking for you if you have:

• Experience with Upwork from 6 months (required).

• Understanding the client's needs and the ability to translate them during written communication.
