SEOTM Digital Agency is looking for a manager's Lead Generation team with experience that included work in B2B sales of IT products or marketing services.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of working as an ice generator from 1 year;< /li>
• Deep understanding of the lead generation process;
• Experience and skills of cold prospecting and attracting customers;
• Experience of working with CRM, GPT-chat;
• Experience with electronic marketing tools;
• Knowledge of additional services Sales Navigator, Clutch, Crunchbase;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, persistence;
• Knowledge of English and/ or German at an intermediate level and above;
• Experience in IT, digital or advertising agency - will be an advantage;
• Self-discipline, ability to self-study.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the creation of a lead generation system;
• Development of new hypotheses for lead generation;
• Search and formation of a database of relevant businesses and their owners for the sale of services;< /li>
• Search for contacts and companies based on the specified profile;
• Search for potential customers on LinkedIn;
• Management of LinkedIn accounts;
• Management of the CRM system ;
• Lead qualification;
• Sending messages;
• Email communication in English and/or German;
• Bringing the lead to the call ( when a person will agree to go on a call to discuss the likelihood of cooperation);
• KPI compliance;
• Reporting.
