Who are we looking for?

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Data Researcher, preferably in the lead generation industry. 
  • Skills: Proficient in Google Sheets and various lead generation tools. 
  • Tools: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting and list-building resources. 
  • Languages: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English is required; additional languages are a plus. 
  • Attributes: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, ability to multitask, self-manage, and prioritize as you will be working on multiple accounts simultaneously.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lead searches based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) using LinkedIn, Google, Crunchbase, social networks, and other sources. 
  • Utilize Google Sheets and specialized tools to enrich, initiate, or validate existing data across multiple projects. 
  • Gain insights into new clients, their products/services, industries, and other relevant details to identify suitable leads. 
  • Manage data entry, list building, lead generation, and validate email lists through various tools. 
  • Adhere to deadlines, provide regular reporting, and collaborate with team members to ensure all necessary data is available for campaigns.

 

Would be a bonus:

  • Experience: Prior experience working in a B2B lead generation agency. Soft Skills: Flexibility, out-of-the-box thinking, ability to accept and apply feedback, and perseverance. 
  • Tools: Experience with automation services such as Zapier, Make, or similar.
