We are looking for a professional whose task will be to ensure business growth by building effective lead generation and onboarding processes.
What will be included in the duties:
- Control of the funnel and work on improving the UX of the supplier at the stage of lead generation and onboarding.
- Control and analysis of the connection and increase of coverage of Kasta services among suppliers.
- Building process of communication with suppliers. Control and analysis of the communication process. Working with eSputnik.
- Testing and acquaintance of suppliers with new Kasta products.
- Preparation and control of the relevance of informational and educational materials and organization of training events for suppliers.
- Preparation of task lists and scripts for CC for communication with suppliers at the stage of lead generation and onboarding.
- Conducting and processing NPS surveys, working with feedback.
- Improving processes and forming business requests for further automation.

- Relevant work experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Experience of communication with customers, suppliers, partners, etc.
- Multitasking and systematicity.
