Required skills:
- 1+ years of Lead Generation experience
- Experience in interaction with tools like LinkedinSales Navigator, Apollo, Snaily.io, etc.
- Team player
- Open minded and willing to learn
- Attention to details
- Ability to analyze data, metrics, and performance to optimize outreach strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Experience in conducting A/B tests
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and engage prospects effectively.
- Self-motivation and responsible problem-solving skills
- Upper-intermediate level (B2/C1) of English.
Desirable:
Prior experience in DevOps and cloud technology companies is advantageous. Understanding of modern software development approaches and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, build outreach/engagement campaigns and conduct outbound activities to attract potential clients within targeted marketsthrough professional networks and various platforms.
- Take the initiative to initiate contact with potential clients and record relevant information in the CRM system.
- Understand customer industry and be capable of engaging in communication with potential clients, including influencers and decision-makers, until they are ready to be transferred to a Sales Manager.
- Collaborate in the development of innovative approaches and the implementation of best practices to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Tracking and fine-tuning of the outreach campaigns.
