Stack of the project PHP, Laravel; MySQL, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Elastic Search; AWS (RDS, EC2, EKS, VPC, S3); Kubernetes (EKS); Monitoring & Alerting: NewRelic, Grafana, Sentry, Typescript + ReactJS Responsibilities Participate in technical and product discussions Estimate your tasks and be responsible for code reviews Overseeing software quality and system modifications Guiding team members with troubleshooting technical issues Analyzing existing operations to identify risks and redundancies Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop solutions Write code, establish a coding culture and standards Requirements 5+ years of PHP 3+ years of AWS experience Team management experience Leading technical roadmaps, performance reviews, team coaching / mentoring Upper-Intermediate English speaking level Interview process HR interview (30 mins) Сoding challenge (~90 min) Technical interview with a Senior Engineer (90 min) Interview with a Managing Director (60 min) Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience (holiday allowance included). 25 days of vacation per year.
