Amazing, right?What are wedoing onthe project?Wecreated aproject from scratch, built oncutting-edge technologies, and utilized bythousands ofcustomers daily. We’re using Serverless (such asLambda functions) and NoSQL tomanage huge amounts ofdata and deal with existing customers.Isthere alegacy?NoWhat isthe team size and structure?Our team consists ofVue.js, Node.js, DevOps, UI/UXDesigner, ManualQA, and PM.What exciting things isthe product doing for the community?The product istransforming the way public and private spaces are discovered, reserved, and used across communities— all online and accessible anywhere.Working hours?Wehave meetings sometimes 19:00-20:00. How many stages ofthe interview are there?—Interview with the Recruiter— upto30min.;—Technical interview— upto1h;—Interview with the client inEnglish— upto1h.Requirements:Experienced asTech Lead (set upprocesses, code quality flow, etc)6+years ofworking experience using Node.js;Experienced managing requirements from clients;Proficiency inVue.js;Strong experience with MongoDB;Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)Experience with testing and understanding code coverage.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.Advanced level ofEnglish.Responsibilities:Communication with the client about requirements (gathering, clarification, resolving blockers)Lead development ofthe web application with search functionality;Provide technical leadership tothe development team, guiding them inimplementing best practices and ensuring optimal performance;Direct communication with the development team and customers;Taking participation insprint planning and task evaluation;Set upengineering best practices, e.g. conduct thorough code reviews toensure code quality.Build and keep best engineering attitude and positive technical atmosphere for the team.
